You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You must not use our website or communication systems for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

We do not guarantee message delivery, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of purchase.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and property information for service.
  • Ensure safe and accessible entry for our technicians.
  • Follow pre-service and post-service instructions (such as cleaning, preparation, or safety measures).
  • Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations.

Failure to follow service instructions may affect the results and limit warranty coverage.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment methods.
  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
  • Past-due accounts may incur additional fees or be referred to a collection agency.

All Green Pest Control reserves the right to modify service rates or payment terms with proper notice.

All website content, marketing materials, photos, and service guides provided by All Green Pest Control are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We may disclose information only when required by law or to authorized service partners necessary to perform our duties (e.g., scheduling, billing, or communications providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

All Green Pest Control provides its services “as is” and disclaims all express or implied warranties except those stated in writing.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Service Guarantee & Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. If pests return within the warranty period stated on your service agreement, we will re-service the affected area at no additional cost.

Warranty coverage does not apply if:

  • The customer fails to follow post-treatment instructions.
  • New infestations occur due to environmental or structural changes.
  • Service access is restricted or delayed beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, or engage in behavior that endangers our employees or property.

Upon termination, you must cease use of any proprietary materials or tools provided by us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Hampden County, Massachusetts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on www.allgreenpest.com. Updates become effective immediately upon posting.
